V případě, že zemřelý neměl sjednáno pojištění, vyhledejte takovou pohřební službu, která má zkušenosti s repatriací. To můžete udělat i v případě, že pojištění měl, poradíme vám i s komunikací s pojišťovnou nebo CK a dalšími úřady.
S úřady vám pomůžeme
V případě úmrtí v zahraničí je nutné kontaktovat zastupitelský úřad ČR v příslušné zemi nebo sousedním státu (velvyslanectví, konzulární úřad). Dále je potřeba vystavit průvodní list k přepravě lidských ostatků, který vydává místní hygienická stanice. Jednání s úřady ale můžete nechat na nás, všechny potřebné dokumenty a povolení vyřídíme do 2 až 4 dnů.

Při úmrtí cizince na území ČR je nutné informovat ambasádu domovského státu, která kontaktuje příbuzné zemřelého. Úmrtní list bude vystaven v ČR je potřeba ho přeložit a úředně ověřit, aby platil i v dané zemi. Průvodní list k přepravě lidských ostatků vydá krajská hygienická stanice. Všechny tyto dokumenty a povolení vyřídíme za vás do 2 až 4 dnů.

In some cases, the deceased's birth certificate may also be required, if the deceased was married, such as a marriage certificate. If he was divorced, a court judgment on the dissolution of the marriage is also required. Furthermore, personal documents (civil card, passport, in some cases also birth certificate) of the person who will be the customer of our services.
Personal documents of the deceased, i.e. passport or identity card, must remain abroad with the deceased in order to maintain access to them for foreign authorities, who will issue the documents needed to ensure repatriation. In the event that the survivors leave before the repatriation is carried out, they may not take the deceased's personal documents back to the Czech Republic.In the case of repatriation from abroad to the Czech Republic, after securing all the necessary documents and setting dates with the relevant institutions, we will drive your loved one to the place where he is located in a specially adapted vehicle and place him in a coffin intended for transport, which we will hermetically seal. We will then transport the deceased to the agreed destination.

Air repatriation to the Czech Republic: After arranging all the documents and arranging dates with the relevant institutions, we will arrange for the local company to place your loved one in a designated, hermetically sealed coffin and prepare it for transport. This company then transports the deceased to the airport and places them on the arranged plane. After landing at the given airport, we will arrive for the deceased and take him to the pre-arranged location.

In most cases, the documents are ready within 2-4 days from the request for issuance. Subsequent repatriation usually takes place within a week of obtaining all documents.
